Welcome

Hello and welcome. I started my teaching career working with Middle and High School students. Eventually, my desire to slow things down and focus my energy on healing practices brought me to yoga. I love that I am able to combine my two passions as a Vinyasa teacher.

I believe in honoring both the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga. My teaching emphasizes moving with awareness, from a balanced place of ease and effort, rather than striving for perfection. I believe in creating a space for students to feel safe, strong, and more at home in their bodies.

“How an asana looks is far less important than how it feels.”
— Donna Farhi

Yoga can be both deeply grounding and genuinely joyful, and that some of our greatest growth happens when we're willing to explore, laugh, and meet ourselves exactly as we are.
